Who are the people your donations support?
If you have ever had the opportunity to spend time with and learn more from a Special Olympic athlete, then you know the impact they have on their community is significant. You will often find us referring to our friends at Special Olympics PEI (SOPEI), because when you are among friends your heart is lighter and smiles are abundant.
The funds we raise goes directly to Special Olympics PEI and is used to enrich the lives of Islanders with an ID through the medium of sport from community to competitive opportunities . This empowers the athletes to enrich their community, their province and the world with opportunities to develop skills and confidence on and off the field of play.
FUN – All of our events will include sharing smiles, fist bumps [elbow and distance high fives these days 🙂 ]while spreading the message of inclusion, seeing people for their abilities to contribute to their communities and raising funds for Special Olympics PEI programs
